The importance of identifying Autism early and establishing routines through Occupational Therapy

In Episode 7 Giselle and Jelani experience their first taste of discrimination on a trip to a pharmacy. We hear from another mom of an autistic about her experience in identifying her son’s differences as a baby.

We also hear from our resident Occupational Therapist and Developmental Behavioural Therapist about reading your autistic child’s possible triggers and the importance of routines. Tune in!

Funding for our work is provided in part by and through the generosity of the following individuals and organisations. Dale McLeod, Roberta Clarke and Douglas Mendes, the Ansa McAl Foundation and the JB Fernandes Memorial Trust.
